Everyone said it would be magical. Nobody mentioned the 3am panic, the scary thoughts, or feeling like you lost yourself somewhere between the hospital and the diaper bag. You’re not failing. You’re human, and you deserve support too.
Sound familiar?
- Worry that won’t turn off, about the baby or about everything
- Intrusive thoughts that scare you (and that you’d never act on)
- Feeling disconnected from your baby, your partner, or yourself
- Rage that surprises you
- Grief after pregnancy loss, infertility, or a hard birth
How we help
Postpartum depression affects roughly 1 in 7 people who give birth, and perinatal anxiety is just as common. Both are treatable. We use approaches like CBT and Interpersonal Therapy, which have strong research support during pregnancy and postpartum, plus trauma-focused work for difficult birth experiences. We support partners, too. And yes, online sessions count when leaving the house with a newborn feels impossible.
What to expect
A therapist who gets it, a plan built for this season of your life, and as much scheduling flexibility as we can offer. Babies are welcome in virtual sessions.

FAQ
The baby blues usually ease within about two weeks after birth. If it’s lasting longer or feels heavier, it’s worth getting support.
No. We support people through trying to conceive, pregnancy, loss, and the early years of parenting.
We’re intentionally out of network with insurance, which keeps your care confidential and in your hands, not an insurance company’s. We can give you a superbill to submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. See current rates on our policies page.
