The Sun Counseling & Wellness team, September 2026

Our superstar team is made up of a consortium of providers with many years of experience working with individuals, couples, families, and groups. We genuinely love this work, and it shows. We treat the whole person, not just a diagnosis, using modern, evidence-based approaches with plenty of creativity (and yes, some laughing) along the way.

Our specialty areas include trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, OCD, eating disorders, neurodivergence, self-esteem, body image, life transitions, and more. We see kids as young as 2 all the way through adults.

Find us in person in SouthPark, Charlotte, or online anywhere in North Carolina. Some of our clinicians also see clients by telehealth in South Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, Texas, Louisiana, Michigan, and New York.
