Britt Rogers, BCBA, LBA, M.Ed

Hi! I’m Britt Rogers, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in North Carolina. You might be wondering, “What even is a BCBA?” Basically, I help people learn and strengthen skills that really matter to them- things that make their everyday lives easier, more independent, or more fulfilling.

I earned my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Special Education from the University of Oklahoma, with graduate certificates in Applied Behavior Analysis and Secondary Transition Education Specialist. I was born and raised in Oklahoma and am a proud Sooner- BOOMER SOONER!

I have been fortunate to have worked in public school, private school, and private ABA clinic settings serving neurodiverse individuals and families. I focus on working with individuals on executive functioning skills (planning, organization, time management, emotional regulation, and self-management) because these skills are essential for independence and success in everyday life! I enjoy incorporating Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) principles to encourage psychological flexibility and values-based decision making. Using the principles and science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), I create evidence-based programs tailored to each person’s unique needs. I’m passionate about supporting people in reaching their goals and improving skills that are meaningful to them.

I also provide parent training and coaching to empower caregivers with practical strategies that support skill generalization and meaningful growth in home and community settings. My approach is client-focused and values-driven, emphasizing compassion, cooperation and creativity. I love to collaborate with individuals, families, and other service providers to promote environments that foster growth, learning, and self-discovery.

Outside of work I try to be outside as much as possible. I walk…a lot! I love to travel with my husband Ben, our most recent destination being Montenegro – gorgeous, highly recommended! My happy place is hosting friends and family, and playing games- my latest obsession is Mahjong. I try to bring that same spirit of playfulness, curiosity, and joy into my work, always striving to make learning and growing exciting, meaningful, and fun.

Favorite bands/singer: Needtobreathe, Chris Renzema, Caamp, Noah Kahan
Favorite food: Mediterranean, FRUIT, and Kid Cashew
My purpose is to support people with compassion and help them grow with confidence. My passion when I was young, I spent countless hours “playing school,” making worksheets, teaching my dolls, and building routines long before I understood what a career in this field could be. Walking alongside and supporting others has always been a natural part of who I am.

I do this work because it feels like the truest expression of who I am. I’m driven by the desire to make a meaningful impact, partner with families, and help individuals discover their abilities and reach their goals.

It’s support for the everyday skills that make life run smoother- like planning, staying organized, managing emotions, and actually following through on tasks or plans.

Behavior Support helps you understand why certain behaviors are happening and teaches healthier, easier ways to cope, communicate, and handle daily routines or situations.
